CamCERT is the National Computer Emergency Response Team for Cambodia and provides a point of contact for dealing with computer security incidents effecting the Internet community in Cambodia.

CamCERT is a non-profit team of IT security professionals, under National ICT Development Authority (NiDA), The Council of Ministers. It was formed on 13th December 2007 by Decision #119 S.S.R by The Council of Ministers, and has started its operation in October 2008.
